In addition to more than 4 years as a licensed real estate agent, I spent over 4 years working as a property appraiser in both Austin and San Antonio at the Travis and Bexar County Appraisal Districts. I can't think of a better preparation for being a full time real estate agent. In addition to learning all areas of Austin and Travis County, I have a unique understanding of market value, property tax implications, and a great eye for the little details. I get an enormous amount of enjoyment from helping people make the best decision possible when it comes to buying or selling real estate, whether as an owner occupant, investor, renter or just helping to answer questions.
